2021 brought back some workplace normalcy, but it also kicked off a fierce battle for talent. Companies scrambled to find and keep great people. Sage focused on what team members wanted most: the freedom to choose when and where they worked. The internal "Flexible Human Work" campaign launched throughout the company to spread the word.

INVICTUS GAMES

As a main sponsor of the 2018 Invictus Games, Sage launched a campaign to honor competitors while creating awareness for the brand. Assets included a tribute video that played in the arena on opening day of the games as well as multiple OOH assets placed around Sydney, Australia.

South africa: tax year end

If you’re in business in South Africa, chances are you're tuning in to the Tax Year End—the annual event where the Minister of Finance announces changes to the tax code. Sage needed a regional campaign to reassure existing and potential customers that while taxes can be stressful, they don't have to be.

The challenge? It was early 2021, and production wasn't allowed in most places. So the creative team got resourceful, sourcing stock imagery that felt authentically local rather than generically American or European.
